Product Description

The SFZ series filling machine is designed for stand up spout pouch package products, such as jelly, jam, beverage, puree, sauce, yogurt, soy products, edible oil, seasoning, juice,and chemical liquid.

The filling machine is fully automatic from pouches loading, vacuuming, filling, nitrogen gas filling, pouch mouth cleaning, capping, pouch detecting, pouch discharging. With CIP cleaning system to make sure good hygienic environment. It adopts servo motor, the filling volume can be adjusted on HMI. Customized machine is provided.

Pouch Loading Mechanism
The machine will automatically load pouches to rotary plate.
Filling Mechanisma. The filling system have been applied patent. Vacuuming, quantitative filling, nitrogen filling are processed in filling system, which avoid liquid dripping.
b.The hopper is made of SUS304, optional SUS316L.
c. With servo driven filling system, the filling volume can be adjusted directly on the touch screen.
Capping Mechanismpermanent magnet cap screwing and servo capping can be customized. capping torque can be adjusted automatically.
