Radisson Hotel Group is set to build a new Radisson RED hotel near Edinburgh Airport.
The property will feature 204 rooms, including six junior suites, with a bar and restaurant on the top floor, featuring outdoor terraces.
Also on the top floor will be approximately 2,000 sq ft of meeting and event space, including a 1,300 sq ft conference room.
Situated less than a mile from the airport, the newly-built building is set to open in late 2025.
The brand has already established a presence on the other side of the country, with the Radisson RED Glasgow beside the SEC, as well as the flagship Radisson RED Liverpool and fellow properties at London airports.
Adela Cristea, vice president for business development UK and Ireland at Radisson Hotel Group, said: "We very much look forward to bringing our fun and vibrant Radisson RED brand to Edinburgh Airport - it will offer business and leisure travellers a relaxed stay within an informal setting to kickstart their holiday or unwind after a long journey."
The project will be worked on in partnership with development manager Creos Property.
Edinburgh Airport, which catered for more than 11 million passengers in 2022, will be accessible via shuttle bus from the hotel.
